Nature and Wildlife
There are rockpools worth exploring near the harbour and various seabirds can be viewed from the Heritage Coast. There are walks around the town (both of historic and of tourist interest) and along the Heritage Coast.

Cleaning and Litter
The beach is cleaned daily during the summer by East Riding of Yorkshire Council and there are litter bins available.
Dogs are banned from the 1st May until 30th September.
