Nature and Wildlife
The beach is in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. and is in an area that is designated as a SSSI. The beach is on the route of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.
Cleaning and Litter
Volunteers from Pembrokeshire County Council and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park clean the beach occasionally. There are no litter bins and dogs are allowed all year. The beach suffers from occasional fishing debris and litter.

How to find Swanlake Bay Beach
Benfro / Pembrokeshire / Tenby
Access to the beach can be gained from the Pembrokeshire Coast Path or from other footpaths in the area.
There is a bus service from Tenby to Pembroke which stops within 1km of the beach.
We use a simple colour coded key to display the amount of cottages nearby, the below shows the three different colours and the number range for each one from green through to red.
