Nature and Wildlife
Boat trips run from Ilfracombe to Lundy Island. one of only 3 marine nature reserves in the UK. There are extensive local walks in the area.
Cleaning and Litter
The beach is cleaned daily and litter bins are provided.
Dog bins are provided but dogs are not allowed on some parts of the beach.

How to find Putsborough Sands Beach
Devon / Croyde
The beach is signposted from Croyde and Georgeham. Steps and slopes suitable for disabled people lead to the beach.
There are no buses to the beach itself but a bus can be caught to Croyde (1 mile) and a taxi can be caught to the beach from there.
We use a simple colour coded key to display the amount of cottages nearby, the below shows the three different colours and the number range for each one from green through to red.
